Message:

- Add collection of texture statistics
- Define the statelemdesc classes for this in the TextureObjChunk? class (suggest by: Dirk)
- Make the update handle the case of both RTA and RA actions.
- Add query to ssm to get the current state of statistics.
- Update loading tutorial to have button to toggle stats.
